Adaptability...

its been a long time since my last post..(i think..)this is all about my view...whether we realize it or not,the world is changing..every organization is changing, for the sake of its own best, and of course for the people within it...there are some people that could adapt to it..while others are left behind. I admit that there's some sort of barrier that's hard to break..when we are starting to feel comfortable with the current situation, it changes, enforcement of new laws, tighter rules and etc... people would good adaptability will quickly adapt to the new environment..while who dont would start to blame the development... open up your mind... its like saying that those into armed forces are only on for killing and war.. its not like what you think.. development is meant for the sake of you too.. the organization dont want you to be left behind... so it changes to adapt with the global situation... if you dont feel like changing towards the organization's objectives, get out of it...i am actually having issues on those who couldnt accept changes.. always, find the goodness in everything, by then you would feel free to accept the changes and not burdened by it..
